Complimentary fabric samples ship out in 2-3 business days and items in the Ready-To-Ship category ship out in 5-7 business days.

All other items are made-to-order with production time being listed on all product descriptions. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

Rugs 8-16 weeks (dependent and size and style)

Upholstered Furniture 8-12 weeks Bedding 4-6 weeks

Fabric by the Yard 2-3 weeks

Curtains 4-6 weeks

Wallpaper 3-4 weeks

As all items are made-to-order for you, products are non-refundable and are considered final sale. Once an order is placed, there is a 24-hour window to make any changes. We highly recommend ordering complimentary samples of our fabrics for a better feel of the colors, patterns and textures.

In the unlikely event there is a defect or if there are any problems with your order, please contact us and we will repair or replace your products.

We understand that sometimes items just do not work out and therefore we welcome exchanges within 5 days of receipt. If you choose to exchange a product, item(s) must be returned in their original packaging, otherwise we will be unable to accept the exchange. The customer is responsible for the fees of shipping the item(s) back. Once you have received your exchange items they are non-returnable.

We work directly with our sewing workrooms here in the US and our rug manufacturer, and are able to provide customization options for infinite design possibilities.

While we offer customization options on our website for some products, like cording on pillows, we are able to do so much more.

From contrasting cording and backing on pillows to matching Pantone colors for rugs, we are able to create products made just for you.
