Launched in 2018, Post House is an inspired home and lifestyle brand based out of South Carolina. We sell direct to customers and trade consumers and strive to merge curiosity with creativity, fashion, and expression. We believe in relaxed sophistication, bold colors, and patterns powerful enough to turn the heads of anyone who walks into the room.
We believe that textiles are the key to bringing a room together. And our designs are modern meets eclectic inspiration, blending current and classic styles for livable, lovable furnishings. The end result is dynamic decor cut from a different kind of cloth.
We focus on items for the home that will add a pop of pattern and color to your home, whether it is a large rug, a group of pillows on your sofa, or new candlesticks for your dining table.
Our Post House branded textiles, sold by the yard or as decorative pillows, and artwork serve as our marquee products. But we have more in store, too. We source home-decor from all over the world from colorful candles to hand-painted metal toleware. Come on in and take a look around.
Before I made Post House my home, I spent years in the design world, hustling in the 9-5 rat race. But in the background, design was calling my name and in 2016, I answered back.
I started selling vintage rugs from across the globe and business grew. My creativity quickly followed, directing me to more retail endeavors. The boldness of fabrics and textiles was constantly on my mind and I wanted to create space for vivid colors, iconic pieces, and easy elegance that could bring together a room. And so, the Post House brand was born.
My educational background set the stage for my dream to become a reality. I graduated from Presbyterian College where I studied the arts and gained an interest in screen-printing and painting textile patterns. Eventually, I went on to obtain an MBA in Entrepreneurship at Clemson University. Both my education and my real-life experience have influenced my style and sense of expression.
I believe it’s what’s inside that counts and that interior design should be inclusive, welcoming, vibrant, and accessible. It should fill your home full of beauty without emptying your wallet.
