Shipping

Ready-to-Ship pillow covers will ship out within 2-3 business days and custom-made pillow covers around 7-10 business days. Certain fabrics are printed to order and may take a few extra days of order processing.

Free Shipping on orders over $150 is eligible for all products except for our down-alternative pillow inserts

Returns and Exchanges

We have hand-selected these items because we love them and we want you to be happy with your purchase, but we understand that you may need to make a return and that sometimes items just do not work out.

For retail purchases, to make a return, please contact us at hello@posthouseco.com within 7 days of your purchase. Returned merchandise must be in original, unused (and unwashed) condition. We do not refund original shipping charges.

Returns after 7 days may be returned for store credit less a 10% restocking fee. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer and returns must be received or returned to us no longer than 14 days after initial delivery.

Refunds are made to the original method of payment, less shipping and handling. All Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the item received is damaged, defective or incorrect. Once a refund has been issued, you will be notified via email. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to post back to your account.

For most items we offer two ways to initiate a return:

1. Contact us about your return and a return shipping label will be sent to you. The shipping fee will be subtracted from your refund, along with the original shipping fee to ship to you.

2. Via your own preferred carrier. When we provide you with a shipping label, you will be able to print a prepaid UPS or USPS label. Print the pre-paid shipping label, affix it to the package and just take the package to a drop-off location, or schedule a pickup.

Returning an item is at your own risk. You must ensure that the item is adequately packaged, and at your option and cost, insured. We are not liable for damage caused by inadequate packaging by you or if the item is damaged or lost while being returned to us. Items that are damaged when we receive them will not be eligible for a refund.

Items that are not eligible for a refund include:

- Custom Made Pillow Covers

- Cut Fabric

- All art prints and framed artwork

- Final Sale items

For wholesale orders, merchandise may not be returned or exchanged. We only accept returns in the case of defective merchandise. All refused or undeliverable shipments are subject to a 25% restocking fee (minimum $25.00) in addition to all shipping charges.

Production Quality with Fabrics and Pillows

All printed textiles on natural linen and cotton have irregularities in the printing. These irregularities are not considered defective as they are in the nature of the product.  Defective products include pillows with broken zippers and large, obvious misprints or stains.

Products may show differences in color or texture that do not necessarily indicate defectiveness. Such differences are inherent in the manufacturing of hand made products.
