Our pillows, rugs, and fabrics aren’t pulled from a shelf—they’re made-to-order.
That’s why the wait is a little longer, but it means you receive a one-of-a-kind piece, crafted with care, intention, and style.
Estimated Production Times are below:
Pillows 4-5 weeks
Rugs 8-16 weeks (dependent and size and style)
Upholstered Furniture 8-12 weeks
Fabric by the Yard 2-3 weeks
Wallpaper 3-4 weeks
Returns
As all items are made-to-order for you, products are non-refundable and are considered final sale. Once an order is placed, there is a 24-hour window to make any changes. We highly recommend ordering complimentary samples of our fabrics for a better feel of the colors, patterns and textures.
In the unlikely event there is a defect or if there are any problems with your order, please contact us and we will repair or replace your products.
We understand that sometimes items just do not work out and therefore we welcome exchanges within 5 days of receipt. If you choose to exchange a product, item(s) must be returned in their original packaging, otherwise we will be unable to accept the exchange. The customer is responsible for the fees of shipping the item(s) back. Once you have received your exchange items they are non-returnable.

Customization
We work directly with our sewing workrooms here in the US and our rug manufacturer, and are able to provide customization options for infinite design possibilities.
While we offer customization options on our website for some products, like cording on pillows, we are able to do so much more.
From contrasting cording and backing on pillows to matching Pantone colors for rugs, we are able to create products made just for you.

Rug Care
- Vacuum regularly on a low-power setting to prevent dirt from settling into the fibers and yarns. Do not vacuum rug fringe
- Remove spills immediately by blotting with a clean, undyed towel; do not scrub
- For set-in or hard-to-remove stains, we recommend using a professional rug cleaner
- Use rug protectors under heavy furniture to protect the rug pile. Rotating your rug every few months can also help relieve areas from excessive wear
- Some shedding is expected due to the nature of wool yards, specifically hand-tufted rugs, but this will diminish over time
- If your rug gets any loose yarns, do not pull them. Instead, cut with a pair of scissors

Unless in stock, all rugs are made-to-order with lead times varying depending on the size. Delivery times below are an approximation.
