A Rug, Woven for You
Creating a Post House rug begins with a conversation—selecting your design, colors, knot type, and size to craft something entirely your own. Together, we refine every detail before it’s sent to our artisans to be hand-knotted with care. The process takes time, but what returns is more than a rug—it’s a modern heirloom, made to last and live beautifully in your home.
How it Works:
- Reach out to us with a design you’re inspired by—one of ours, or something you’ve dreamed up.
- Together, we’ll select colors, the type of knot, and the size.
- We’ll collaborate with our manufacturer to create a CAD drawing of your rug.
- You’ll review and approve the design before production begins.
- We’ll send your order to our rug makers, and your finished piece will arrive in about 8–12 weeks.

Our collaboration with North Carolina designer Windsor Dalton began with a shared love of timeless pattern and place. Inspired by the boulevards of Paris and the quiet beauty of the French countryside, Windsor sketched a collection that feels both refined and romantic.

Each Post House pillow is printed, cut, and sewn just for you. Sized to your liking, every piece passes through careful hands before finding its way home to you. The process takes time, about four weeks, but good things always do.
The Post House Story
Post House was born from the hand-painted visions of creator Lance Putnam, whose first designs set the tone for a world of pattern and story. We now work with artists across the globe, weaving their voices into textiles, rugs, and wallpapers.
