Vendor Shipping
Vendor Shipping applies mainly to rugs, lighting and pottery. These items ship direct from the manufacturer and are not stocked at Post House. All items that ship direct from the manufacturer are final and may not be returned or exchanged. Please allow for additional time for shipping and handling and contact us with any questions regarding product availability and time frames.
Please note that some items may become unavailable or on backorder when they ship directly from the manufacturer. We try to do our best in ensuring that this information is updated on the product pages.

A customer signature at the time of delivery may be required for items shipped directly from the vendor.

Items ship to destinations within the contiguous U.S. only and exclude Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping on Fabrics
Currently, all fabrics are sold on a custom order basis.
When an order is received, we will immediately send it to our printer and the printing process may take 1-3 weeks, depending on their schedule. We do our best to get fabrics out as quickly as possible. Please contact us directly for lead times on fabric by the yard.
Sometimes low yardages of fabric may be kept in stock and available to ship out right away. Please contact us directly at hello@posthouseco.com for current fabrics in stock.
Shipping on Pillows
Please refer to individual pillow product pages for availability as some pillows are made to order and others are ready to ship.
Ready to Ship pillows will ship out in 3-5 days.
Made to Order pillows will ship out in 1-3 weeks, depending on fabric availability and our current back log of orders. We are more than happy to provide you with a better timeframe of our made to order pillows if you contact us directly at hello@posthouseco.com
